Maybe for a texture shot if you moved in and composed more on the urchins or whatever they are in the hands As for technical it looks a little flat so maybe a little increase in contrast or curves. Kind of a cool shot though

nother example of how the creative process works and a good demonstration of how one develops and executes an idea. It does have a minor lighting problem that affects the image's balance, but the overall execution is outstanding and worthy of a top twenty finish and potentially a ribbon winner. A very worthy entry into the challenge.
