I really liked this image. The bright bar coming in from the right at the center of the image really bothered me though. I would burn it out in future versions if it were my image. Anyway, that's my opinion. With the exception of that, it's a really great image. Good luck with the challenge.

This shot is definitely backlit, but I think it suffers because of a lack of decent lighting, focus, and composition. I find it too dark in the bottom half, and cropped far too closely at the top. Also, the subject is a little "plain" for lack of a better word, and you'll find that it's probably uninteresting to many. Keep trying though.
