Since this was a low light condition, you probably had to set a slow shutter speed. Try using a tripod, or if you don't have one, rest the camera on a level and sturdy surface. This will bring your subject into better focus.

I think the composition of this would have been improved dramatically had you place the subject lower in the frame and not tried to capture the reflection. that is just my opinion though. It is just really blurry and hard to distinguish details. karmat

If you had shot this with a tripod or some type of camers support I could have rated it much higher. It looks both underexposed and blured from camera movement.
