Maple in Tree Minor by IvoComment by adrian45: A choice photo - very much together. He looks like that was a sour note, or he had been dating the bride and she dumped him - like the sepia treatment, and the rich color of the cello, contrasting somehow with the creation behind him - one a divine one, the other inspired music inspired by divine promptings? Very nice combination - it could be he had a touch of indigestion, or a late night
I like the differential focus too-concentrates on him
Very nice, as are so many of your shots, and the border is the finishing touch here

Heir Of The Fog That Bit Me by IvoComment by davidspyle: Great title.
Great shot.
Interesting observation -- " He seemed like a guy who's earned a wisdom many of us will fortunately never share." Hmmmmm.

Not only did you find a unique character walking along the beach, but you were able to let the reader (myself) walk along with you as you told your story. Amazing and unique composition, well done!!!! :O) |

Heir Of The Fog That Bit Me by IvoComment by Bear_Music: This is a wonderful image, and it's an even more wonderful title. For those who question whether titles have anything to contribute in DPC, I offer this example :-)
Personally, I'm a little bothered by the haloing around his head (it's especially noticeable int he thumb, so you can see what I'm talking about) But not enough to take away my sincere\ enjoyment of this marvelous image. |
