So if the bear is meant to be a child, that means your kids are stringing ropes around their necks at 11pm... yeah, I think I will be too.

If this is a photo of an impromptu memorial of some kind, I think the effect is lost. A wider shot of the entire area would have more of an impact on the viewer. At first glance, this just looks like a picture of a choking teddy bear. muckpond

This is an interesting photo and I like the angle of the lighting as well. I'm not sure that I understand the intention though... - setzler

Comment by myqyl:
This looks like it might be a shrine or memorial to a child, however, the angle/crop doesn't show that with any certainty. The flowers and ballon suggest this is a small part of a larger scene and it might have been better to pull back a bit to "see the forest for the trees" so to speak. The colors are very nice (especailly the bow). Nice job ~ Myqyl ~

IMO the relationship between the title and picture are key elements in this challenge. Are you trying to give us all a guilt complex? God job.

It's a good clean shot, but perhaps pulling back a little so we can see what the bear is attached to would help us understand it a little better.

I'm lost in all the technology here. The photo has great photo techs and is a great shot, but I'm lost. The technical qualities themself are a 7. If I knew what it was, zoomed out a little I might like it better. PTL
