Silicon Cityby f0rceComment by jmsetzler: In the 'technology' challenge, I expected to see a lot of photos of circuit boards. Knowing this, I believe that these photos need to be done more creatively in an attempt to make them stand out. How could you have made this photograph more impactive? If you are new to the challenge concept, one thing you may consider is ASSUMING that there will be several other photos like yours each week. In many cases, there are! With this in mind, you need to create impact.... - setzler |

Silicon Cityby f0rceComment by Froober: I love this for b&w...it's a tad crooked and offcentered (something that is unusually important in this type of image to me)..but otherwise awesome 8 Lisa |

Silicon Cityby f0rceComment by SSonnentag: Nice idea. I'm not sure I know how you did this. I'm guessing the board was backlit when you shot the photo and then you did a greyscale conversion and some levels/contrast adjustments. If you have the time I'd like a quick note on what you really did to get this shot. Thanks. SSonnentag (shawn@sonnentag.net) (7) |

Silicon Cityby f0rceComment by inspzil: This reminds me of a "Silcon valley xray" or something like that. Well done. Love the concept and I really don't see anything I don't like. - Inspzil |
