I love this photo. I'm not sure it necessarily says "boredom," but the lighting is incredibly good, and the soft focus works nicely. LIke how it's cropped, too. Nice job.

Fresh approach to the schema of 'being bored' as I feel like its me that wants to go out on the bike but I cant due to the rain, making the viewer ( me ) feel this way assures me that you have captured this in a truly strong way. I'm just slightly distracted however to the line that runs through the middle of the shot. Great effort :0)
