Schhh...by lodeComment by dsa157: good idea, but I'm not sure why the bottom and right of the frame have such soft focus. Since this is a studio shot, you control the environment and I don't see why shallow depth of field is desired here |

the old wayby lodeComment by MrAkamai: Details of the pole are sharp. Although the leaves are blurred, they almost seem to play the role of main focal point next to the in focus pole. This is because they occupy such a large portion of the frame. Try to maintain focus on the subject you want to emphasize such as the pole and lines. |

Eppleby lodeComment by mhoogendyk: My problem with this image is that it is so busy and has so many areas out of focus. If it were my image I would probably have tried for a slilght greater DOF and cropped out some of the closer apples. Just my thoughts. Good luck. |
