This has a blue color cast - a bit of color correction - perhaps making this warmer - I think would have added more "feeling" to this.

Cute! You must like to be hard on yourself, trying to do two at once! I'm guessing its motion blur that causes the twin on the left to be slightly fuzzy? Lighting could be softened somewhat to prevent the harsh lights in the eyes (or you could photoshop them out)--just that they look a little like deer in headlights, I'm afraid.

Having kids myself, I can understand how this might be extraordinary! Interesting composition, but I'm not so sure about the color cast.

Lighting: Well balanced with strong spark of life from the catchlight.
Pose: The poses work well as they are each displaying their individuality in the face of the obvious similarities.
Background: Works well with the models. the only thing I would attempt to change would be to move the models and the background further apart to minimize the shadows.

Cute kids, especially the expression on the left. Focus appears a little soft, but that could be from resizing. Would love to see more dramatic lighting.
