This is really a very nice image. Unusual to see a horse on the beach, so that's an added element of surprise.

A couple of minor things which I'm sure you could not control would be I'd prefer to see the horse to the left of the frame so there is more room in the direction the horse is moving, rather than appearing it's about to walk out of the edge of the photo.

The exposure is quite nice.

Great depth of field effect - though perhaps, given your title, you might have wanted to deepen it a touch to include those bits that actually are up? I think they pull the attention from the fabulous detail of the pollen bits. Excellent combination of the abstract in the bokeh and the perfect in the detail.
