Wonderful composition and expression of subjec. Good focus, and terrific shot of the baby and the baby's expression. However while I like the shadow end of the tonal range, I wish there was a bit more in the hightlight end.

Adorable expression. This, of course, has been done, however the expression makes it one of a kind. The baby's arm leaving the frame is a bit distracting as well as some othe the other background. I don't know what size image you had to work with, but I think this would have worked better with a tighter crop. Still a wonderful shot.
