THis is a very nice portrait and nicely photographed, I like the subdued focus for the background and I would vote this a 6.Now looking at this image Ifeel the action is in the top half and personally I would have concentrated on this. Perhaps moving around to the left and with a low angle could have made it more dynamic,and rased my vote,. your subject has an interesting face as well and his expressions whilst playing would make for some interesting compositions,.

Sweet! Wish the musician could have been separated more from the background a bit more... perhaps the bokah could have been more pronounced. Maybe a Gaussian effect? I feel like it should be warm and a bit romanticized... The guy is great!
