Cool Photo, Nice job capturing the moon. I was going to enter a cresent moon shot in this challenge, in fact I did a couple of weeks ago then decided to go with a different shot in the end. One thing I would have done in Post is lighten the foreground a little bit just enough to see the ties under the track to give the moon lit effect might be tricky to do that without getting some noise in the photo.

I am impressed with the use of line as well as the use of light. For instance, I love how the telephone pole looms menacingly and the stripe leads the eye into the dark. Finally, I love how well you tell a story with such a small part of the photo. Great shot.
