Congratulations on using a 'different egg' for your shot!
This image is nicely focused and bright and colourful, but I think I would have prefered a different crop, perhaps one not showing any background to create a black, orange and white abstract.
Your lighting is very good as all the colours have come out even, with no flare anywhere.

Very original... definitely eggs, but not your typical eggs. Love the colors of the caviar. Not crazy about the texture of the cracker, but overall it's a great pic. 9
