Botaurus stellarisby GiorgioBaruffiComment by MelonMusketeer: This bird looks similar in physical build to the night herons that are here in Florida. You had excellent light for this, and the sharpness is very good for a flight shot. It's a good image. |

Roe deers on the bushby GiorgioBaruffiComment by MelonMusketeer: This is very nice, partly because of the even green background and foreground. They were very aware that you were there. I see that you shot this at 500mm. That makes the depth of field very evident in the grass around the deer, which is nice too. |

hi Ter, the camera was Nikon D70 with 300mm AF-S f/4 and the 1.7 multiplier. 1/400s f/6.7 |
