Could this be cuter? I submit that it cannot.

Ooh, a kiss hmmm? Sounds yummy. :)
Great macro, man! I love the character in this one. Not just a regular boring same old same old.

I think this one would have been better vertically than horitzontially. My mind wants to know what the little fingers are doing and the table running vertical on the right hand side is kind of distracting. I would re-compose or crop it out. Also try desaturating the orange smock behind her, I keep looking behind her because the orange is so vibrant.

Just my 2 cents worth on this one, in response to the request of harsh critisism.

I do not like the amount of focus that is lacking in this shot. His hand in the foreground is soft, the shoulder is soft and the persons hand on his shoulder is soft. Maybe a slightly greater depth of field would have gotten rid of the cast and gave a bit better crispness. Also, I can not tell if it is the photo or the actual door but it looks like the photo is tilted slightly.

Overall compositionn is great.

Eschlar,

The eyes look good, but I feel the background is to much, My eyes are brought into the back before they come to the girl in the foreground. I would like to see this as a selective desaturation of the girl or (I do not know if this one is possible) leave the background but take the orange away from the kids smocks in the background. Do somthing that will draw attention more to the forground.

You're going to be a string contender for the next macro challnege, whenever that comes up. Awesome detail.

edit: please substitute "strong" for "string".

I love the sweet expression in her face, the tilt of her head.

For me the heavy dark border really closes her face in......too heavy. I'd like to see how this shot looks slightly cropped down from the top (just below the white so the yellow background extends right to the top)

That tiny bit of blue by her eye is distracting .....could that be cloned out. For some reason I like the look of this shot when it's flipped ....she's looking at me from the other direction.

What an amazingly beautiful series of shots.

Grain looks fine with the B&W conversion. Love the sense of movement with the hair

I think the cast is fine. It feels like it's coming from whatever it is he's peeking around. Love his expression and the hand on his shoulder, as if he's peeking around something he's not suppose to
