Hard to say what's the subject, and how name relates to it. It looks like some "upper portion" of the building has been the target, but name refers to the highest detail of it. Main subject lacks tones, probably due to harsh light.

I think the buildings are oddly cut. I would have liked to have seen one of them all the way to the ground. Maybe if your camera orientation was in the other direction. Just my opinion.

Most excellant! except for the crop. You see, we know there is a lot of that missing on the bottom, and it is all so beautiful, we can not help but feel cheated by the loss.

The DoF and repetition are good, but the blown out sky is distracting. Try cropping it out by having a vertical photo with a bit less of the right side too.
