Five 2by srdanzComment by srdanz: Originally posted by gaurawa: did you take this handheld at 1/10 sec? |
Yes, I did my best. I had to close the aperture to try to get better DOF which meant very little light was coming in, hence a longer exp.
I stood on the ground, holding a D60 with a 75-300 in one hand, while I used my other hand to remove the 6th rim that was in the way.
1/10th of a second is not that long of a time :D |

No!by srdanzComment by Blinks: Interesting concept. It's pretty amuzing. The shower curtain on the side could probably have been cropped out and I feel like the lighting is a little mundane but I always appreciate a photograph with a sense of humor. |

Late Nightby srdanzComment by LadeeM: Fitting title ... I love the color of the sky, and it's such a clean, clear photo. Great work! :) |

Wetby srdanzComment by Mr_Pants: I rather like the way that there is a band running diagonally. There seems to be a couple of 'smudges' at the centre of the top of the frame - would this be water droplets too close to the lens? I think that they, to a certain extent, detract from the rest of the image. |

No!by srdanzComment by ergo: rather humorous approach, and i like that. the kiddy pattern on the shower curtain works well, but i'd want to see more of it, instead of the fairly boring tiles. nice focus on the hand, but i also feel a sharp focus on the face (thereby more dof) would have been more effective for the image. |

No!by srdanzComment by lastef: From my point of view this picture lacks some kind of artistic touch. The hand is good but the background could be stronger, maybe by putting the person a bit more out of focus but definitely skip the curtain. |
