Harshby PeterCComment by Curious: I love the concept and tonality of this image. I do feel it would be strengthened if it was cropped to move the light to the right and up a bit and then to remove some off the bottom of the image. This would push the light to about a third in from the right and about a third from the top which I think would enhance the mood produced by the image. Having said that, I love the simplicity and style of this image. Its amazingly evocative. Good Luck with the challenge. |

Solid Power versus Transparent Powerby PeterCComment by joro: Those triangles on the top of the glass building look like an evil jack-o-lantern. :) Was there an angle that could have removed that building in-between and the one at the lower-right? |

Stainless Steel Stationby PeterCComment by Blackdog: This is a shot which I feel almost made it. I find it frustrating to look at because I feel as though I'm not being allowed to see more of the interesting parts of the scene. In short I think there should have been a bit less of the sky and more of the structure. The vapor trails in my opinion are distracting and should have been removed.
The lighting being reflected on the underside of the "roof" is wonderful, lighting is what makes or breaks a shot. Thanks for thinking creatively, well done. |

Sky Bridgeby PeterCComment by notonline: I don't get it. Has it been rotated or something??? On the photo itself I find the contrast to be a little hard to look at and find it lacking interest because I don't realy know what the photo is about. Would have made an excellent entry for the "lines" challenge. Well done and best of luck in 2005. |
