Farm Zenby tonyvComment by obsidian: Challenge: SHADOWS III
Description: Creatively capture a shadow
Advanced Edit
Farm Zen
Fit: Clearly meets the challenge 1
Aesthetics: An exceptional composition/exceptional aesthetics 3
I really like the composition here with clever use of the shadows to highlight the curves
Technical: Technically OK 1
Just feel that the shadows need a lot more detail around the edges of the image
Wow: Slaps you in face 3
Simple but very effective
Total Score = 8 |

Farm Zenby tonyvComment by ourwebstop: I like this a lot. Did you just happen upon this? Or did you plan to be there at the right time? Very nice. |

Farm Zenby tonyvComment by ubique: Beautifully executed ... the tones and colour are perfect and the overall effect is to suggest something other than what it actually is. I suppose that's more farm abstract than zen, but the suggestion of those raked sand zen gardens is undeniable. 8. |

Farm Zenby tonyvComment by amber: I like the saturation and the sinuous lines. I like the way the black is repeated at the edges, Seems a bit over sharpened, but I like it;) |

Lawn Balesby tonyvComment by Tygerr: Love the block shapes and the parallel lines. It accentuates the movement of the blocks falling over. The exposure is great - wide range of tone in the shot. And the green grass growing on top is just the right amount of colour. |

Lawn Balesby tonyvComment by Judi: Oops...I would say a bit of moisture got to these bales. Best throw them away now...can cause gut problems with the stock. |
