while i can't imagine how a shot like this would score in a challenge, I gave you an 8. An old tire. A rope, some dirty water. and an ugly shadow. Not very a very pleasing combination. Or atleast that would have been what I would have said if I hadn't seen the shot. You did a wonderfull job of making garbage look like gold.

what an interesting image, with all the different textures. i hope you're getting some good comments and suggestions, and that you're not getting overlooked in this monster challenge. if you're not getting the scores or comments you wanted, though, don't take it personally. remember, one of the 'challenges' is to appeal to voters, and sometimes that means leaning a bit more towards the mainstream. good luck is this and the coming challenges!

Interesting angle and subject. This shot would really need a completely blemish free pool of water to really work though I think.
