This idea is very nice but further shooting was required to get it just right. Perhaps an angle more to the left would have help bring the five fingers into the image. Also, consider using the size alloted as voters quickly dismiss small images. 6

Not sure what you're trying to do with this photograph. The fact that the dog is looking away doesn't help. Lighting is too harsh on the fur and shadows too prominent, and the hand being in the shadows escapes attention, which judging from your title, is not a good thing.
