The image design is so clean that the sensor spots and/or dust stand out a mile and detract from the whole effect. Having said that, I do like the approach and the colour very much.

I don't usually like comments or give them, but since candids are near and dear to my heart, I have decided to comment on every photo in this challenge.

A LOT of neat image used here, and don't really see the need. Would have liked to see less neat image and true facial features. Nice eye emotion though.

Some artifacts call my attention at face, hands and forehead/hair boundaries. This could be done at post-process curves abuse or multiple light sources.

how much neat image on this...looks so spooky and unnatural...would have been a great shot without all the processing

This is good, specially the expression of the boy. Not sure bit about contrast if its ok or bit too much.

Excellent shot Shail! The lines of the fork and spoon are fascinating and I really love the colours. Lovely entry.

Interesting picture, but it looks like it has been oversharpened and too much neat image.

Shail, congratulations on your excellent image! I'd love to know how you did it. The clarity of the glasses (and they're so clean!) really stand out. I like the color a lot, too. For the "constructive" criticism, I do agree with two commenters below that it would be interesting to see a closer crop and the sharpening was possibly one step too far. The sharpening is most evident with the slight glow around the fork and spoon. But this is really a great image and worthy of a high score! WTG!!

emotive - but too soft. Looks like the image was de-noised just a bit too much.

Delightful image!

Love the pinks, the exaggerated images of fork and spoon here. I cannot imagine that this is really what the camera saw, at least not in one image, anyway, but the spirit of refraction is tremendous!!

The wonderful graphic greys, the shading, the subtle contrast and shading is lovely to behold. I would love to see this in it's original size, but as it is, it is a read treat to see

Best of luck with your inventive entry!
