This looks much oversaturated to me. The colors don't harmonize with the quiet scene you have caught. I'd also reuce cintrast a little, the shadows are quite harsh. I like, how the trees frame the mill, but then, i feel that the crop is a bit too tight. Might also need a bit of sharpening to bring out the structures of the walls better.

Could be more in focus. The neg space is there but really doesn't add anything to the flower. Wish I could go to Disney world.

I gave you a 4 because your use of the flower and the white background behind it did nothing to enhance either. plus the white was mottled on the left side.
