The cracks in the ice and the spherical floats are very photogenic. So, too is the hull of the nearest boat. Pretty much everything else detracts from the photo IMO.

My evaluation method of this challenge is as follows:
1. Did you catch my eye while I was driving by? Not sure
2. If I didn't catch the text while I was driving, did you intrigue me enough to look for this billboard again? Yes
3. Did you sell your stuff to me? Yes
4. Extra thoughts: Nice photo and nice idea.
The only problem is that it's not a photo clear enough to catch me if I was driving by it. So it does not serve it's billboard purpose too well IMO. (6)
