You've got pretty good light here, and good skin tones in the conversion. I'm not sure about the pose, though it is attention grabbing. She has very seductive eyes. :-) The backdrop wrinkles can be "smoothed" in post processing for advanced editing, either by selecting the background and applying gaussian blur, or using the blur tool in Photoshop. It will give a more finished appearance to the shot, in my opinion.

Your image appears really blown out to me. Her nose is all but lost. It also looks a bit oversharpened. I do like the angle and I think your concept is good.
