I was in Washington last weekend (why couldn't the challenge have been then? LOL).
This is beautiful, you've managed to capture the 3 major elements on The Mall in one stunning photo. I bought some postcards while I was there but none as beautiful as this. If this had been on the rack I would have bought it.

Great location but the editing really doesn't do it justice. It seems almost purple or... I don't know. The trees and shrubs look strange.

Neat photo but it doesn't come through as B&W. It is the only one that is showning a color cast. True B&W would have gotten you a point or 2 more.
