I'll bet you've read this before, but the lighting looks like a single source and is your main light. Not too flattering. Would be better to get the light source up and a way from the camera. Basically practice more with your flash, or don't use it at all.

	Ladies Rule (Indian Army, Indian Navy & Indian Air Forces) by doctabrez Comment by Camabs: owch, the white hurts my eyes. Especially the blouse of the army lady is totaly blown out. Lighting on their faces is pretty hars too, as are the shadows of the air force lady. Please devote some more attention to lighting next time, try using some diffusion material (a tissue will do) or apply indirect lighting (4)
