I'm hoping to leave comments on as many photo's in this challenge as possible... out of (currently) 1120 images, I gave 98 of them an 8. Your image was one of those 98, placing you well within the top 10% for this challenge.

I don't know what it is about old dead vehicles, but they seem to be a popular topic for photographs. This is one of the better ones, and I love how the colour of the rust entirely compliments the colour of the earth and rocks. The deep bly sky is a perfect foil for it. Nice job.

Good luck for a strong finish in this challenge.

Nice find. Interesting geology fact #237: the red of the rocks is caused by oxidized iron, ie- rust. Man made or nature made, rust to rust it's all the same. This is very nice!! You are tied with two others for my top score.
