This image I think would have been better without the tonemapping. Great clarity on the eyes. I love the HUGE coffee mug in my face, but the post processing/tonemapping seems a little overdone IMHO.

Nice capture, this is one of those shots I may have preferred see in color. The one distraction for me is the darkness of the rock towards the center of the shot makes it feel somewhat centered even though it is not. If the rock on that edge were lighter and maybe a slight change in the cropping it might help IMHO but still a very cool shot.
