Maybe a little too close. Also what are those specs to the left of the headstone. I think it is where the sky can be seen through the trees.

The tombstone looks a little out of focus and the bright white background is very distracting. Otherwise I think that you had a great idea =)

The subject is very nice. The photo appears off on white balance. Was that a white background? If so, using levels or curves in PS would correct that. This comment is meant to be helpful, and it comes from someone who's never ribboned :) So take it or leave it!

Great composition howeve the focus and lighting are way off IMO. The background also deadens the image. Better focus and lighting with a lighter background would improve this image greatly. Good Luck.
