On May 13th we finally received in the mail our printed proofs. Despite the fact that the wrong wedding date was printed on everyone of them, we thank you for coming through. It was a shock when the package arrived.

Sorry for having to communicate with you this way, on this site, but you rarely return email and you have not phoned us once since our wedding over a year ago.

We look forward to receiving the sample layouts to choose our album once and for all.

Where are our wedding photos from June 25th? We have a contract and we paid you in full. Since we spoke to you last, your phone has been disconnected, your email defunct and your website is pending deletion.
