Would be improved with some contrast. Also, you might want to consider dropping the black border, or at least making it narrower. They DO look bored.

I think its obvious they are bored - no problem there!
However, your picture is slighlty out of focus and too bright. The composition is not very appealing either - it looks chaotic, with some arms and legs cut out. The borders are, in my opinion, too large. Perhaps next time you could submit a larger photo (this one is a little small) and make use of your creativity, which is lacking in this particular shot (and title).

background is distracting, even though aquariums are cool. you could have tied it in as an intersting part of the picture, but along with laundry, chips, and shoeboxes, it's all lost.

Slightly cluttered and no apparent focal point. Seems a little washed, bringing up the levels would have helped alot and reducing the thickness of the border. Still you managed to capture the bored aspect that many others have not.
