Cafe @ "Fifth Street Market"by bcobleComment by pgatt: This is really nice. Didn't think much of the thumb, but it comes as a complete picture, each element playing it's part but not overwhelming each other. The colour is eerie, but it finishes off the picture. Well done. |

The Way it Wasby bcobleComment by pgatt: Cool. Texture is great. Shame about the little bit of colour! Just kidding I like this one a lot. I'm adding you as a fave. |

Winchester Bayby bcobleComment by pgatt: Lovely. The reflection on the water, the texture of the clouds, make for a nice shot. The blowout sun is a tiny bit of a shame, but a well realised photo. The pier adds a great deal of interest to the photo. |

But I can not reach the ball! The water is too deep!by bcobleComment by pgatt: This screams print me - it's really cool, the texture of the water and the look on the dog's face are very nice, the brightness of the ball helps too. It may make for a nice b/w treatment, but nice all-round. Slight red-eye on the dog (if I'm right) is a tiny bit distracting but it is really a great photo. |

What should I do?by bcobleComment by SJCarter: Beautiful shot & model. Not crazy about the combination of the sepia tones & purple nails - I like the selective desat idea, but think it would work better with B/W or a more similar tone to purple. She looks very pensive... Nice capture of emotion. |

What should I do?by bcobleComment by pcody: kiss her you fool(umm.....that's in answer to your question, couldn't resist)
It's a good picture. She looks like she isn't comfortable but she is so lovely it's sad that she doesn't want the camera pointed at her. The tones are rich, but I don't understand what you're trying to say with the nails still being so colorful. Have you tried doing a session with her using a telephoto lens? A lot of times the distance allows the model to feel more free and helps them relax.

What should I do?by bcobleComment by Jutilda: I like this alot. The purple nails work well with the warmer tones you used for the skin. I like her profile and pensive expression. Nice clear eyes too. |

What should I do?by bcobleComment by Keith Maniac: I like that the eyes / facial expression are subtley expressive. The lighting may not be ideal, since it is very uniform (no shadows, really), but in candid situations we can't be too fussy about the lighting, can we? |
