"Love for my Country"by bcobleComment by graphicfunk: A most interesting and compelling flag image. The composition is by far the most original I have seen. Keep up the good work. I will take the liberty to place it in my favs. |

Strange Puzzleby bcobleComment by briancoy: I think I am seeing the picture upside down. If this is an accident then the image correctly oriented is nice, but I would like to see a closer image of the puzzle lines. If the image was intended to be oriented this way, then I think that the disorientation produced by the angle doesn'e fit the subject of the puzzle. A darker, possibly sinister image on the puzzle would have worked well with the unusual angle. |

"Love for my Country"by bcobleComment by tolovemoon: Looks brand new straight from the package.... I love it, its got its own thing going on that it doesnt need anything else with it for a subject. Heres just a thought and a few tips of suggestions for future shooting..One thing is for sure I am not perfect, I try but it takes someone to point a few things out...
For all that voted low on this perhaps maybe they didnt like the creases from when it was folded there in the flag. A iron, or putting this in the dryer with a damp cloth for 5 minutes might of helped the lines to flatten out... Looks as though when you folded the flag over or spiraled it a bit that the flag sord of made a small shadow cast not much.. Where was your light coming from, you may have been able to add another lamp to help this out or use a strong flashlight in front of it.. I sometimes have atleast 2 flash lights, and now I have narrowed it down to 3 lamps that are portable for my area that I do all my portraits and subject shooting.. You dont always need them but its fun to play and experiment with them..
I hope I havent picked to much, its a very cool image.. congratulations on making it to 6.0... :) I hope I do this next challenge for wood..

Strange Puzzleby bcobleComment by SJCarter: I like the interesting perspective and angle on this shot. Nice colors, although there is a bit of a glare. Unusual and creative entry. |

"Love for my Country"by bcobleComment by Art Roflmao: Best flag composition I have seen for awhile! Extra point also for patriotism and loyalty and not setting it on fire and saying "Ashamed of my Country" or some such crap. Sorry - don't get me started... :) |
