I like the way the eyes and clothes stand out from the translucent skin and background. A shade darker shirt might have been helpful, so the shoulder did not disappear into the background.

I like the alabaster sense to the skin tones. She fades right into the background. My only complaint is the buttons. I think they are so vivid in comparison to her facial features (although the eyes are beautiful) that your eye is drawn down to them instead of up to her. You could almost crop them out and still have that hint of the denim of the overalls and it wouild help compliment her eye color. Overall - well done though.
