You metered perfect for the sky, leaving the farm area to dark. Horizon right down the center doesn't help the photo.

Nice simple shot. The colors are rich and the focus is good. I think it is missing something. Maybe a silhouette, or a bird or something to give your eye a true focal point. I might crop out that post on the left and just have the one dark one in the background.

I really like this photo but the only problem I have with it......well it's not really a problem just a setup issue really, would be to change the main subject to the right side of the frame. In other words, line the subject up in the right hand side third of the shot. This would allow for the shadow to continue through the left hand side of the image producing a more dramatic effect. IMHO. Still, I give you a 7 for a good shot with killer contrast and good dof.

Nice idea. Might be a little stronger compositionally if the butterfly were either flipped around or close to the opposite side. Now, with him so close to the left edge and facing out, my eye tends to follow and go out of the image.

Yeah, I'm kind of drawing a blank on this one too. The composition is OK, maybe cropped a little too tight on the left side. The focus is very sharp, but the shadows are a little distracting.
