Not sure what I'm looking at here. The glare of the sky really overpowers the entire shot. A little less exposure might have retained more details of the building across the way and the sky (seems to be some nice cloud trails in there somewhere). The digital time and date in the lower left corner really detracts from the submitted photo.

Well, for starters, I would remove the date and time from the photo. The sky isn't too bad, but there is a spot of red on the brick reflection - guessing that's from your camera? Interesting angle.

It may be a reflection off of something, but that's not obvious. The shot has a bit of an overwhelming brownish feeling to it, which doesn't help, I'm afraid. I won't mention the timestamp since I'm sure tons of other people already have :)
