Size hurts it, sky is a little more gray than blue so I wonder if curves would help out any. Little on the boring side, sorry.

Make pix bigger please next time.

nice comp, nice lines, nice color, great texture, lighting ok, blacks good, whites not there, overall just ok

Too localized. Pick a smaller piece and zoom on it or expand for a bigger chunk of bridge.
