Photos closer to the 640 size limit tend to score higher. I would like this more with sharper focus and something (color, texture) to hold my interest.

I gave this photo a 1 because it didn't seem to me to fulfill my expectation of a "still life," a classic form of artfully arranged objects. Call me narrow minded but that's the way I see it. Further, I encourage you to submit larger images. I think this image is quite good but would like to see more of it. Try to use the full 640 pixels available to you.

A still life generally brings together a number of elements arranged by the artist into an eyecatching grouping. A closeup doesn't allow for the element of the arrangement to come into play.
