The Opportunistby gocComment by roz: life .. the start can often be very touch and go .. looking at these very new chicks i wonder if they survived .. its a great shot .. love that hungry little mouth, the eyes that have never opened, the nearly featherless bodies .. some would think ugly, but to me they are very very cute .. the nest surrounding them is perfect .. its like enclosed and protective ..:) |

The Opportunistby gocComment by tanguera: Holy smokes!!! How!!?? This is so amazing. Great detail on the "singing" fella, love the texture of the twigs, and the amazing color of the beaks and closed eyes. Could be a little sharper, but a fave. |
