It looks like the butter is being used to hide the grain of the WW bread. I wonder if perhaps you knocked the saturation up as well just to get the egg yolk up there?

Did you know you can increase saturation in specific color channels as well (or at least you can in PS)? This is legal in basic editing.

Check out the tutorial on selective desat using basic editing rules if you want to know what is and is not legal in this technique.

I started to go with another color light as well - surprised this is really the only one (and that it is so good). Great job on the carving, presentation, & photo!
