i have one of these too but he is slightly longer haired but same color.

good subject but i am left wanted to see its precious face. also looks to be slight camera shake from the ears up( could have been a low battery) good color just wish to see face more than its little booty

i love the selective desat(i think thats what u did). i wish the other petals wernt in the way of the lizard. great colour of the lizard..only nit pick is the petal and i know how hard it is to see something like that while trying to take the critters photo b4 he gets away...great photo here

Like in all things, simplicity is a virtue in photography. This is a very clean image with no distracting elements. It has an appealing perspective and good angles. In mono-color images blue tends to score highest in DPC challlenges.

The blue color here, though, seems muted and gives the image a low contrast quality that many viewers will not find appealing. If you brightened it a lot more and make the blue color shimmer it will have a lot more appeal to voters and get a higher score.

I think you did a wonderful job! You might want to back the yellow saturation down just a tad so that he doesn't quite "glow" but that's just my personal taste. Great work!! :o)
