it's comments like these that pretty much keep me from even caring about entering... |

1836by res0m50rComment by res0m50r: Oh and Dreamerdoll read the challenge text again and you will see that a date is what was requested for in the challenge requirements. *shaking head* |

1836by res0m50rComment by res0m50r: Just to explain the "folding chairs". This was a cabin built in 1836 around the area which is now called Grapevine. It was renovated and transplanted to downtown Grapevine and is now a historical landmarker. There are live music festivals and that is where the chair's came into the picture. At the time I took the picture's I thought about moving them, but was not sure if we were able. Now of course I wish I did.
Thanks for all the votes and comments. This is by far the most comments I have ever received. |

Raining Honda'sby res0m50rComment by Strikeslip: This shot would be better if it were taken from a different angle, and closer in to the car. Perhaps a close view of the rain bouncing off the hood. As it stands, it's just a car shot. |

Raining Honda'sby res0m50rComment by macrothing: '6' - Fairly good capture of the rain for the Challenge. Criticism; for me, a totally different crop and focus here would have made this a real abstract type of shot. Perhaps, losing the car altogether, gaining a slightly different angle to get the curve of the path, and the gutter at the top of frame. I just see potential here for a kind of 'abstract' type of shot using the two contrasting colors and the seemingly 'pouring rain'. Just my 'viewpoint' and 'opinion'. edit:typos & clarification Message edited by author 2005-08-22 06:43:35. |

1836by res0m50rComment by Tammer: A nice shot. I can't really tell, but are those metal folding chairs on the porch? Also, for me, it's a bit...too brownish, perhaps a little less saturated? (I'm new to this, and just my naive opinion) |
