Just slightly over-exposed in the snow, but nicely done for this sort of photo, which can be near impossible to expose correctly for. I don't know if the eye is like that naturally, but it jumps out at you a little too strangely. I might have toned it down some. Great detail and texture in the hide.

White on white - That is really hard to do, snow is hard all by itself without adding a moving white horse. Remarkable control of the exposure. Perhaps it is the cold but the movement of the horse appears to be frozen mid stride like a statue.

Good looking garter snake! I would like to see the larger file ~ maybe whenever you do get around to those files, you can snag it and do a swap? But I totally know the feeling. I cringe when I think of digging out discs and looking for old files!!!

I was bitten by a garter snake once, and my finger swelled up twice its normal size. Turns out aboutu 1% of people have a radically negative reaction to garter snake saliva. LOL. I was briefly and temporarly maimed by a friggin' garter snake...
