Winter Runby loriprophotoComment by espy2: When I give a photo a 10, it is because I feel it is wonderfual all the way around. Therefore, I have no real comment other than to say I gave you a 10! |

Winter Runby loriprophotoComment by Konador: Really nice shot! Great exposure in difficult conditions, specially with such a light coloured horse too! I think I would have left a little more space on the left for the horse to leap into compositionally-wise though. |

Bugs Life 1by loriprophotoComment by macrothing: Nice capture and focus. Vertical framing works here. Sacrificing the fore flower and more of a horizontal crop/frame (depending of course quality/what you had to work with), perhaps make 'another' also very good shot, in my opinion. Minor, especially at this size, but there seems a slight touch of 'sharpening halo' up around the edges, including the 'copyright' & title (which you obviously put there for a reason, but if someone wanted to 'steal this', it'd still be great with that text cropped, as you likely are well aware). Make a nice print (with the copyright a little more subtle, but your call, obviously). |

Eye Portraitby loriprophotoComment by SJCarter: WOW... Ya know, I'm not sure it gets any better than this. Really outstanding shot. Truly beautiful work. The composition, lighting, color tones, and presentation - all wonderful. Very nice job. |

Colorful Weedby loriprophotoComment by SJCarter: This is really nice - and very different than the style I'm accustomed to seeing from you. It has a very minimalistic feel to it (which I am always attracted to). My only nit is that the background on the left seems to have a light spot near the border that could be cloned out - making the background more uniform. Otherwise, I love the symmetry and lines and colors. Very nice. |

Reflective Stareby loriprophotoComment by SJCarter: Great shot. As macronothing said, the whiskers really take the viewer back and forth between the real cat and the reflection. You might consider burning the water & reflection a little to give it more punch - I've found that it makes the colors deeper and often brings out more detail. (Just a suggestion.) I really like this shot - and I am NOT a cat fan! LOL |

Nose In Snowby loriprophotoComment by SJCarter: Outstanding shot. The crop is perfect. I love how delicate the whole image appears too - the focus really adds to that feeling. Wonderful job. |

Running In Snowby loriprophotoComment by SJCarter: Horses + Snow = Magic... Great capture. A tad OOF (agree with Calamity), but not very noticeable - easily chalked up to motion blur (positive element). :-) This looks like Blaze, a horse I grew up with. The bush in the background really adds a lot to this image - the starkness against the warm softness of the animal. Very nice shot. |
