The composition seems off to me, though. You may want to consider not centering your subject (application of the rule of thirds might have strengthened this); also the pole is a distraction. -ClubJuggle

	Another Rainy day in Cereal City by RichardEBunch Comment by wingy: the surrounding area seems cluttered and ineffective. Perhaps getting closer to the sign and taking the shot from an angle would allow you to show both the sign and the rain at the same time. 3
