The Vampireby fmalanComment by JMart: Holy under-rated photo batman! Perhaps the voters were looking for more obvious depth of field (although I would consider ANY macro shallow DOF). Still, congratulations on a fantastic photo with great lighting, composition, and sharpness. Hope to see more of these in the future. |

The Vampireby fmalanComment by StormyWeathers: I could be wrong here but because it's a shallow DOF I would guess that only portions of this little critter should be in focus. Even though it's macro about 40% of this frame is in focus. Just my thoughts. Hope it helps. |
