Hi Max,used the clone brush to remove features( replaced with skin tones from centre of face) then "repainted" some contours around eyes and hairline using same method (1 pixel at a time!).used the soften brush to blend new "face".glad you liked it,

Focus is a little soft for a close-up of the eye. I think you would do better with more DOF so the lashes aren't out. They are too vivid and prominent to leave out of focus. Also, while I like the off-center position of the shot, I think you're a little too far off.

I like her non-expression with that oversized hat! Different. I like it very much in black and white as well. What if you really upped the contrast? Maybe it would distort, but it's just an idea. Also, I'd like to see her less centered in the shot - maybe with some more space on either side. In a perfect situation, the backdrop would be solid, but I still like this shot very much.

Not sharp and the composition doesn't work. Why are you cutting off the right side? If you wanted to keep the iris away from the center maybe try looking off to the side?

i think it would look cool if the only thing that outlined the eye was the eye lashes. maybe dodge out the skin parts.
