It looks like the aperture here is too large, more of the models face in focus would be better, or with as shallow dof as this the focus should be on her left eye not the nose. The light is a bit too yellow as you have probably just used a regular lamp, you could fix this in Photoshop. Hence this I like the framing and the expression of the model, don't take me wrong, this is not a bad photo in whole.

I really like the composition here, but the focus seems to be slightly off. It's catching the tip of the nose, rather than the eyes. Beautiful color on those eyes though!

Changing your aperture to get her whole face in focus might have helped, but still a nice shot.
